For the mug cake: Mix all ingredients together to the texture of cookie dough or cake dough, add oat milk if the dough seems to dry: Buckwheat, pumpkin sauce, cauliflower sauce, (banana or apple sauce fit well, can be skipped though), baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla Layer some PB, extra pumpkin sauce, pieces of banana and/or chocolate chips in between the dough without mixing .
